A Superhost is an Airbnb host who has been designated as such by the short-term rental platform itself. According to Airbnb, Superhosts are those who are experienced in the vacation rental property management realm and who have provided outstanding services and an amazing experience for their Airbnb guests. If you own an Airbnb investment property and manage to achieve this status, you will get a badge next to your listings on the platform so that users and potential guests will know. Airbnb checks the activity of its Superhosts 4 times a year to ensure that they have selected the right people who are dedicated to upholding this title. To become a Superhost, you have to have had at least 3 reservations, totaling at least 100 nights, have a 90% response rate or higher, have a 4.8 rating, among other things.
