There are playground just a 10-minute walk from the front door. Playgrounds, golf courses, theaters, wildlife areas, bowling, and Cabot Water Park are all less than 10 miles away. Beyond that, this is the perfect starting point to explore everything Arkansas has to offer.  This is a Great stay for a Family Getaway or a Business Trip!!

The home is professionally cleaned after every visit.

The home minus the garage and supply closets is open for guests use. The front and back yards including the deck are also free for guests to use.  Parking will be in the driveway or on the street in front of the house (please do not block the mailbox).  Door codes are changed after each stay for safety and codes will be sent to  guest 24 hours before arrival.

Quiet subdivision in a scenic valley.  There are tennis courts and basketball courts located near the entrance of the neighborhood.  There are two playgrounds within easy walking distance of the house, one at the school near the entrance and the other at the opposite end of the neighborhood. The two connected lakes feature some pretty good fishing but please fish from the public docks near the bridges and practice catch and release.

The neighborhood amenities are open to our guest: Community Playground, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Volleyball Court, Pavilions with picnic tables, Pedestrian Bridges with Scenic Views and Fishing Piers. Please be respectful of these areas as the responsibilities for maintaining the common areas and infrastructure is in the hands of the residents.

If you enjoy walking or running, the "LOOP" of the neighborhood is about 3 miles . There are 3 pedestrian bridges that can make your walk longer or shorter. Our bridge next to home is Sunset bridge and is located in the middle of the neighborhood. The other two bridges are located at the end of the “loop.” One by the elementary school and one by the playground.

This is an amazing neighborhood to be in because it is safe and very peaceful.   It is a great neighborhood to take a walk at and get a great morning job. The property has a big backyard you can relax in but right behind the house is a big field that has a few picnic areas with some bbq pits for your enjoyment, a soccer field and a big gazebo that would be a great place to have some kind of celebration or a photoshoot. However, there is an active train track close by and trains go by pretty randomly but it's not excessive nor does it operates everyday.  If you are a light sleeper this may be an issue but if not, it won't be a problem.

The property is in a rural location and I would suggest having a personal vehicle to get around.  Uber/Lyft is available however that could be very costly over time.
