The home is very clean and comfortable with upgraded kitchen and stainless steel appliances. There is a very big private fenced in back yard. It is senior and kid friendly. The home is decorated with simple decor. It is full of convenient gadgets.

The neighborhood is very safe as the police station is two blocks away. This will be our retirement home so we trust that if it is good and safe for us, it is an excellent choice for you.

It is six blocks walk to the Intracoastal, Two Georges, & Banana Boat Restaurants. It is only 4 blocks walk to Hurricane Alley Restaurant. Best of all it is Exactly one mile walk to Ocean Front Park Beach. You can find along the way towards the beach boat rentals, scuba diving, charter fishing, public library, and much more!

Only dogs are allowed (no cats). Maximum of two. No dogs over 60 pounds. Dogs are not allowed on furniture ESPECIALLY on beds.  There will $100 non-refundable pet fee for each dog.
