Frequently asked questions

How do API calls work?

Each request you send to one of our API endpoints counts as a single API call against your monthly allowance, regardless of response size.

What happens if I exceed my monthly allowance?

Your API key continues to work — additional calls are billed at the per-call overage rate for your plan, and we'll notify you before that happens so you can upgrade if it makes sense.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change plans at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch billing periods at any renewal. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of two months compared to monthly.

Do unused API calls roll over?

API calls reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. If you regularly use less than your allowance, downgrade; if you need more, upgrade or move to a custom plan.

How quickly do I receive API access?

Instantly. As soon as you subscribe, your API key is provisioned and you can start making requests against the documented endpoints.

Is there an enterprise or custom plan?

Yes. For high-volume usage, custom SLAs, dedicated infrastructure, or onboarding support, contact our team and we'll tailor a plan to your needs.

How do I contact support?

Email support is included on every plan. Professional and Growth plans include priority response times; Enterprise customers get a dedicated contact.

Need higher limits or a custom solution?

Custom plans and enterprise agreements are available for teams with high-volume needs, dedicated SLAs, or commercial redistribution requirements.
