Choosing an agent to assist with the buying or selling of a property is one of the most important decisions one can make. With more than 13 years in the business, I dedicated to helping clients make smart decisions and my work ethic is second to none. I'm a proactive and creative thinker, I am available for my clients around the clock and works to create long-lasting relationships, making repeat clients and in many cases, enduring friendships. Prior to making a career move into real estate, I worked in Advertising and Marketing in the family business, Rainer Studios, an agency that provides graphics, labeling and packaging design for local and international clients in her native home of Buenos Aires, Argentina and Miami. In 2001, I relocated to Miami where, after a stint in professional Psychology, I began working with the city's real estate developers and found my professional home in luxury real estate sales.For seven years Caroline worked with ISG selling preconstruction properties including 6000 Indian Creek, Terra on Collins, Cabana and MEI, where she was promoted to the Director of Sales. After great success in the preconstruction arena, she moved into residential sales and today focuses on the luxury oceanfront homes of Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Surfside and Millionaire's Row. She represents buyers, sellers and investors and her portfolio includes properties from the $500,000 to upwards of $10 million range.
